We aren't really big New Years Eve Party people so we decided to leave Berlin on New Years Eve and drive to a smaller town. It was a clear and mild day so we made hotel reservation in Braunsweig and headed west from Berlin. After a calm and quiet New Years Eve in Braunschweig we drove to Hildesheim on Sunday morning and enjoyed worshipping with the Gemeinde Christi there.
