We are so thrilled to share that our youngest son, Timothy last night proposed to his girlfriend Milenda Nixon and she said YES and they are now engaged to be married. They currently live in Denver but are in Europe right now. This trip was originally planned as a trip sponsored by he Littleton Church of Christ to work at a youth camp in Hungary. Tim then decided, as his relationship with Milenda strengthened, that Europe would make a romantic scene for s marriage proposal. He wanted to take Milenda to visit the Harding campus at Porto Rafti and propose nearby there at the sunset at Sounion. He was able to get this all arranged and it came off as perfectly as he imagined. They plan to come and visit us in Berlin before meeting up with the rest of the group on Sunday in Hungary.
We want to praise and thank the Lord that Tim has found this wonderful young lady to be his wife. She has such a tender heart and loves the Lord! What a wonderful asset to our family Milenda will be. She has already won the hearts of Elliot and Reid who were so excited to learn she will be their aunt! The Lord has been so good and blessed our family with this new event!
